some women can ejaculate in the same kind of way that men can. there are few women who can do it and it generally happens during a very intense orgasm. many people are not even aware that women are capable of this. i have never actually seen this happen or experienced it myself, but after looking it up and doing a little research, it doesn't seem too impossible. your woman may not even know what happened. although it is not impossible that she could have peed.
