Something that will probably also help is to use different muscles from time to time. Kinda the same manner with mixing when your cooking (I work in a resaraunt so I may make a few references) sometimes when your arm gets tired from moving back and forth try using your wrist to make the same motions. you wont lose the rythm or at least not to much and it will give your other primary muscles a chance to gather a bit more strength.

update: ive discovered a new position that she really likes. she lays on her back with me straddling one leg of hers. using one hand i thrust away and when it starts to get tired i can rotate my body 90 degrees to allow my wrist to work from a different angle. when that hand cant take it anymore i move into a pushup position while she shifts so i am straddling the other leg and using the other hand. doing this i can last at least an hour but i have yet to score on her. she says it starts to hurt after awhile
