All of a sudden i suck at sex

Ok someone try to help me please... im 18 and ive been having sex pretty regulary for over 3 years, ive been having sex with this one girl for a few months now and there has been no problems up untill now... i have no idea whats goin on usually i can easily last 10-15 minutes on the first one and now all of a sudden its like 2 min max. I figured i could last longer the second time so we tried it again and i doubt i made it to five minutes.. this kind of situation has happend 3 times over the past 2 weeks. my gf says she doesnt care but i sure as hell do and i know shes just saying that to be nice. What could cause this all of a sudden and what can i do to end it as soon as possible cause its embarassing and my gf is all of a sudden dissapointed...

well, it's a mental thing dude, i think, some where on this board there is a post related to your problem (i'm not sure where), u need to relax man, the key is no to try too hard, because for what i remember the harder u try no to cum, the fastest u do it. Now, if u want some pointers, try these:
- Masturbate like 30 min before u have sex or let your g/f give u a bj until u come (i recomend the last one ).
- Have lot's and lot's of foreplay, and give her lot's of oral and stuff, so she can have fun too (and some orgasms), that way she won't feel disappointed in case "something" happen.
- Wear a condom (remember American Pie? ) that helps a lot, and also lube if u can.
- Now, when u are at it and u feel like u are about to finish, just pull out and hold tight the head of your penis, then start again. That helps too.
