In the 'Pleasing Women' section under 'Cunnilingus' theres the technique called The Flick. What does it actually mean by flicking, how do you flick?

I know that but how do you flick with your tounge, ive tryed but im not quite sure.

I think the actual process is to use the back and front tip of the toung to rapidly "flick" on the womens clit. You can try it on the back of your hand to get the idea.
