I cant orgasm

hi ppl im new here, Well ive been lurking for quit awhile looking for answers not wanting to post the same questions that have been asked tons of time but I guess ill just post them since I really never found the answers ive been looking for.

Ok anyways I dont orgasm often enough. I know many gurls can do it many times in one night and im lucky to get it once a week.
Ill start off with my x I was with him for 4 years and I only orgamsed once in for years. After he was out of the picture I started to masterbate and I know that helped, cuz with my new boyfriend we have been having sex for about a month now and I get it but, we have sex almost every day more then once and I still only get it only about once a week. I can honestly say out of 40 times of having sex with him I have only orgarmsed 7-10 times. And if I do it takes me a really long time to get it we have to be having sex for atleast an hour for me to get it.
I know its not the guys problem its mine I have been with 3 different ppl and I have had the problem with all of them. I dont get it and its so frustrating any help here would be greatful. Oh and sorry for the spelling errors I really suck at spelling and I am in a really big hurry sorry!

although it's frustrating, what's happening to you is not uncommon.

a lot of girls cannot orgasm when just having sex. the most sensitive part on our bodies is our nub and for a lot of us, stimulation to that is the only way we can orgasm.

it sucks, but it's true.

if you really want to orgasm, while you're having sex, have him (or you) rub yourself down there. hopefully that will help some.
