Please help me here, i mean i can last for a good while i mean like 2 or more hours, and my g\f starts to feel like she is gonna orgasm when i cant go anymore, and when i try to hold it back and keep going i feel pain in my genitals, PLEASE HELP!

well i dont know about some girls but after 2 hrs i would just give up...lol.
sometimes i can orgasm real quick and sometimes i just cant no matter what i or my b/f does. 2 hours of sex i would just be sore and worn out.
if you feel like you are getting close, pull out and try doing some other stuff to her like oral, or get a dildo or something to keep her going, then when she starts to get real close you can jump back in.

Most women don't orgasm from penetration alone. Try a lot of foreplay. Stimulating her most sensitive regions for 20 mins or so will get her all ready when it's time to have penetration sex. While you are fingering her ask her to tell or show you where it feels best. For me stimulating the "gspot" alone will make me orgasm. Talk to her and find out what works best for her. Good luck
