Im 6'' long and 5.5"" Girth.Thats okay? im only 15 years old.But as i am a hockey player,its hard not to see the other guys in there boxers,and there penis (lump in the boxers) sticks out farther than me.But when i talked to a chick that had sex with him she told me he was only 6" hard.Why is this? he same size,but look bigger.Does Balls Size matter?

To an extent it matters. I'm sure no woman wants a man who is abnormally small. Anything bigger than 5 inches is fine. I love when the mushroom head is big though. It's my weakness!

The amount that a penis grows when erect varies a great deal between men. Some penises get more than twice as large when erect, and some barely grow at all. It may be that this boy's penis is relatively large when flacid, but it doesn't get much larger when erect.

Well I've heard that the first two inches of a womans vagina are very sensitice to movement, but any further than that and stretching the walls is the key, if you see what I mean.
