my advice? wait. if you guys haven't even experienced oral sex together, what is the big rush? you are only 13. even if physically you can do the act, emotionally/maturity wise, it can have some unintended effects. Take your time and wait until you're more comfortable with each other for sex. I mean do you guys have a plan for what you'll do if she gets pregnant? You need to be prepared for this BEFORE you have sex.

Listen, with all do respect--you are only 13! You should give yourself a lot more time to grow up before you have sex for the first time. I'm no prude, but let's face it, if you have sex, it's going to be a mechanical act and nothing more.

Tips for your question about not ejaculating in her mouth--it's really quite simple. At 13 you shouldn't have too much pre-cum, so when you feel yourself orgasm, pull out and finish the job--or have her finish the job is she's up for it.
