Have you ever had her remove her panties and then leave the pants on and undone. The panties can make it harder to get the angle right with the position you are in. Try flicking your fingers from your thumb. Practice all of them, and rotate after sets of five on each finger. Sounds dumb, but it works.

Also, if you decide to start playing a strummed or plucked string instrument (acoustic guitar is an example), your hands will get very strong.
