What I have seen for a non-traditional treatment of psoriasis is the use of "Dead Sea" products; mainly bath salts which help to clear the tissue. One is AHAVA; plain bath salt products do not appear to help & cause other issues but many have tried the ones made by AHAVA. http://www.ahavaus.com/?gclid=CKz4yK...FQILPwodbEvEXw
If you can clear the tissue properly have a good spa do the waxing if you want to try it again. Do not do it yourself!

I am a male in my early 40s with a long term partner and young children who recently had a vasectomy. I have no issues or regrets with our decision and in fact it has done wonders for our sex life. However one unexpected outcome of this is that I really liked the feeling of having a shaved scrotum. Since the procedure 10 weeks ago I have trimmed up a couple of times with a beard trimmer but I'm not really sure what I am doing and wonder if there is any advice out there about techniques for keeping the family jewels bald. Or I am better to let things grow back and avoid a lifetime of itching.

I love the smooth look and feel. It did take a little time to overcome the itching. But I got used to it so it doesn't bother me even when it starts to grow back in. If you want, just keep it trimmed. But I liked to shave mine and do it every few days in the shower to keep it up. Works out good for me. I wax the top part with a home kit. Didn't work well for me on the scrotum, so that takes shaving for me. Good luck with it and enjoy. I hate it when I let it grow out. The longest I can ever go with it growing out is 3 months, then it all has to come off again and I keep it that way most of the year.

Just ask her to do it. Say that it's your dream. She'll do it for you. Or suggest to shave her.

Yeah but I learnt from experience that if she says she doesn't want to then just leave it and don't force the issue. My wife felt a bit self conscious when I mentioned it and I felt like a right insensitive jerk afterwards! It's her choice afterall.

Shaved Pussy
Wow, I remember the first time a lover wanted to shave my pussy, it was so incredibly erotic the way he did it, attentively, meticulously, me laying back on the bed in candlelight, him with the water and shaving creme and razor and washcloth/towel. Wow, oh, wow, what a turn on it was, not to mention the turn on of everything that happened after. I think your own eroticism and sexiness is what turns us on most. If a man talks sexy to me and encourages my sexiness and attractiveness every step of the way, with wild abandon, I am going wherever he wants to take me. Anywhere!

Couple of shaving questions
Has anyone used a Philips Bodygroomer for shaving down there? What were the results?
If I shave, what will my female Dr. (20 years younger than me) think when she does the undignified parts of my annual check=up? |

Never used one but....Professionals could not care less if you are bare...shaved, furry, etc. Trust me...Unless you have some wicked design!

Laser Hair Removal
I'm a 24 year old male. About a few weeks ago I started doing the Laser hair removal for my body. I pretty much have the "wookie" gene, thick black coarse hair grows all over my body, except on the back. Just a patch on the lower and upper shoulder blades.
So far I've been pretty impress with the results. Areas that I have done so far are: Neck (right below the jaw line), Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders, Arm Pits, Upper legs, and Brazilian. Future areas to be done are lower legs, feet, and the butt. It's cheaper to purchase the full body package instead of individual packages. I gotta admit, being hair free is pretty liberating. The hair that gets "zapped" doesn't grow back. Hair grows in cycles, so any new hair you see is a result from that new cycle, which will get zapped in the second set of appointments a few weeks later. Does it hurt? Hell yeah it hurts lol. It's not as bad as waxing, and it doesn't hurt anymore when there done "zapping". Just think of someone holding a rubber band to your skin, pulling it back and letting it go twice a second for about 45min's. That’s what it feels like to me. The clinic can prescribe a skin numbing cream which helps reduce the pain. After going through the treatments you need to avoid sunlight as much as possible for 8 weeks when you started. For us guys that have harry chests, and shave down there, it's really nice not having to deal with in grown hairs, stubble, and irritation. If you have hair growing on your ass and in the crack, getting it removed is awesome. No more having to deal with little bits of toilet paper getting stuck around there. And you look cleaner too. I can't say having all your hairs remove makes you look like a child, I don't see it. Maybe a low budget porno star, lol. Anyway it's a procedure I highly recommend people look into, if they can afford it. The costs are in the thousands. I guess the next questions are how do woman feel about guys with little to no hair on there bodies? Have any of you woman been with a guy that had little to no hair on there bodies? Do you woman like it? Or does it seem to weird for you? I'm refering to hair on the rest of the body, not just down there. [My Opinion] The general consensus that I have seen is that woman prefer guys that are neatly trimmed. There are a few woman that like harry guys, or are ok with it, but I believe those woman are in a different generation than me (I could be wrong about this). Those are just my thoughts, experiences and questions. Last edited by Jeb : 12-02-2007 at 02:20 PM. |
