Trimming/Shaving 101

I've tried out different things before. I've went all natural, trimmed, bikini line shaved with the rest natural, shaved with a landing strip, and all shaved which I am now.

Out of all those I really like being all shaved. It makes me feel more clean down there. I get razor burn (the red bumps) and nick my self sometimes, but all that doesn't really bother me. I'm used to it by now and the bumps usually go away within a few hours.

I like my body fully shaved. I shave my upper arms and chest and pubic region. What I dont like is that when I shave it doesnt look clear. its like you can see the hair under the skin. If I would wax my own chest would this go away? I would also like to wax my own pubic area and possibly my upper arms. I am no way going to a salon to do this so I rather do it myself. What kits do you guys recommend that I can but at a walgreens or somthing liek that

If you are going to try a "home kit" go to the local WALGREENS (lol) and look for the Sally Hansens Lavender one--stop laughing! Why Lavender? It's soothing to the skin & don't worry your not going to smell like a girly-man. The scent goes away with a shower! Plus Lavender has mild antibacterial properties.

You just heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes, spread it thin, apply the cloths, and remove. It does not hurt. I have used it for a touch up, I tried the "veet" that was nasty stuff!

Waxing keeps the hair growth down, and it grows in finer and smoother each time.

Any guys out there that shave themselves got any tips? I use to do it for about a year and then got out of the habit because it took too much time and i continued nicking myself. What is it that you guys are doing that makes it easier or smoother or what ever? What kind of razor do you use? i have a Quatro and a Fusion It lets me appreciate what my gf is doing more

My girlfriend doesnt shave or even trim, to be honest it kind of turns me off... like I don't think I would really do oral on her until she shaved it. I thought she would maybe catch on and take a hint when I trimmed up very cleanly, but nope. I just think it's weird that a girl would spend time shaving legs and whatnot but leave a bush up there. It's weird when the girl has more hair than the guy lol.

xgx, it appears she isn't very good at taking hints. This may be something you will just need to come out and ask her to trim and maybe even shave. Or better yet, you could offer to do it for her. My wife was this way for a long time. She would shave some for swimsuit season, but didn't trim what she left behind. It made it so the hair would sometimes escape from under the suit which she doesn't like. I offered to trim it for her and she let me. I did it too short the first time and it bothered her. But now she has gotton used to having it short and keeps it shaved with a small mound that she keeps very short. She doesn't shave the labia area which I would prefer she does, but the hair there is thin and she keeps that short. I love giving her oral without all the hair in the way.

I like to keep my hair trimmed, it's just nicer, after doing it the first time - you realize how nice it is having it short. I think when women haven't done it before they don't realize what they have been missing out on. My husband doesn't like to keep himself trimmed, and I know that the FEW times that he does, it's a much more...enjoyable experiance for ME to go down on him..as I'm sure it would be for a man to go down on a woman.

i keep myself completely shaved as well, the itching stops, and as i do it daily it is smooth all the time. she'll enjoy it much more too when the can feel your tounge on every inch of her, i know i do.

Can anyone tell me about waxing (for guys)? How bad does it hurt ? is it messy? should I trim with scissors before the waxing? wat kit should i get for waxing? wats this Walgreen's kit called?

Tried it, but stuff gets on your hands unless you're really neat. Easier to find a good spa and let a nice lady take care of it. You and girlfriend can make an event out of it. And oh yeah it does hurt, we go about every 6-8 weeks. Try it you will love the feel much better than stubble.
