Trimming/Shaving 101

Yeah, it gets really prickly as it starts to grow back. Rather uncomfortable. You are faced with the choice of shaving it off again to get rid of the prickliness, or enduring it for a few days while it grows past the prickly stage.

Love to keep myself bare down there. I let it grow back in for a few months and just a few weeks ago went back to bare. Did leave a small patch just above the penis. The patch keeps getting smaller and smaller. I'm sure before too long it will be gone and I will be completely bare again.

So is there home waxing? The idea of going someone and having someone working down there, for me is like !

I don't care that they do it for a living! I think if I was a man I might feel differently. "Hehehe yeah look at me." I think I'd be arrogant like that. I feel like only two people should work on me down there. Him, and me. Some people don't care, but for me it is private and I like to keep it that way.

Fiance will be shaving himself a bit, since the hair comes up rather far. He suggested it. First time he showed himself to me, he said, "oh, I'll shave that!" That would be incomfortable for me, yes? So I will keep enough shaved that mine couldn't irritate his.

The itching really does decrease after the first time.

I didn't see the point in shaving *anything* for a long time. I still think it is a personal decision. I usually slept in long pants and I didn't like wearing shorts or skirts, so I didn't feel how rough the legs were. Because it is light color I was told it doesn't really show up much, but I can feel it now. First time I shave my legs properly it felt wonderful under my jeans. For under arms, I just trimmed a little so it didn't stick out when my arms were down. It used to tickle so much. But as I shaved more and more I found it was only one area that made me squirm, and finally, after I shaved that a few times it was not so ticklish any more.

As I become more comfortable with my body I am more open to shaving things. Doing oral. All kinds of things. With some people it just takes time to find that level of comfort. Also more open to doing things that the guy likes. But my fiance is wonderful and I love him so much, so maybe that is why.

I've shaved, I've used depilatory creams, I've waxed, I've epilated, I've trimmed and I've left it. I like the feeling of being smooth but I get horrible ingrown hairs. I bought a special cream for ingrown hairs and a bikini razor but it didn't help. It depresses me because I am always picking at the ingrown hairs and now have ugly bumps.

My boyfriend doesn't seem to mind whatever I do! But I would love to be bare or mostly shaved all the time without the itchiness or soreness or bumps

My guy likes me trimmed, and he does it for me , turns me on , the trouble is in the last few months, ive developed ingrown hairs, bumps ect.... i went to my doctor and there is a hair folical infection that women can get from shaving... so she has me on some pills to clear it up and after 3 days what a diff...... who knew?

I preder girls not to be hairy, not that I have been down there myself, but I think going down on a chick with heaps of hair wouldnt be all that exicting. I recently shaved myself and I love it now! I have that "landing strip" thing and I find that shaving it is fun for some reason. Do you girls here think that a guy with a landing strip is weird?
