there just hair follicles and they probably ooze because you pick them or something.. or puss or something.. just wash daily and if your really worried about hair follicles *laff* see a doctor. this question is discussed MANY times

See a doctor is the best bet.
It could be a cosmetic problem or a more underlying problem. We don't know unless the Clinic gets a sample.
I've had one on the penis, and one on the mound..
its very embaressing, and rather quite aggravating...
