You got your answer. You have what you have and unless you want surgery, learn to use it. The surgery is not recommended except for really unusual cases. I have never known anyone who has had it done or referred anyone for that. And there is no pill that will do anything other increase blood flow to the area making you feel larger.

Well, I actually heard that pills do not work. In fact, nothing short of penile enlargment, which is a surgery works. I'm sure that Brandye would have mroe info on that, or any of the guys. But also, I'm a very strong believer that size doesn't not matter that much. So don't fret too much.
