okay heres the basic story, when iwas around 10 and started to mastubate imust have cut/torn some skin from the head of my penis. and iremember it hurt but it healed up,so not until the otherday i got curious,onthe left side of my penis i have a piece of skin attached to the head and it doesnt let me fully retract it. so should it be there, cause i had iton the right side but it came of. so what should i do? oh and im 16 now

If you cannot retract the foreskin fully, there could be a hygiene problem. On the side? I have no idea what it is.
i don't think there is any hygiene problems and i a not concerned at all. but i think it will come of like the other side
