Ill make this short I hooked up with this guy at work about 3 yrs ago and it was great! He didnt spread it around like most guys I know and we havent messed around since that time we have defiantly flirted, emailed back and forth. I went to lunch with him today to see how things were with him one on one and with out email. So i have to say we had sex in his car i just couldnt help it! And I feel like an ass he hasnt emailed me since........ So im the fool even tho that happened before anyways my question is Should I persue it? or leave it alone? I wouldnt mind more good times with him but I dont want to be the only that wants it. Please no negative advice! Just advice! I also have to say he is a very shy person maybe thats it?

He could be shy.
He could also be a typical guy who got the milk for free and that is that.
You can talk to him and see what he thinks about all this and then just leave it. If he really wants you, he'll move heaven and earth to do so. If the sun still rises in the same place the next few days, then heaven and earth did not move and you have your answer.
Why not pursue it?
If it becomes clear that he doesn't want you to, then drop it - but as I read your description, that hasn't really happened.

Very good point... we don't know him thoroughly though. Perhaps he really is shy and feels awkward about the occurance?
Word of advice. A guy willing to hook up but not willing to communicate, is not worth your time.
I would wait it out and see what happens. Why should you be the one to persue him, I think if you are good together sexually he will be back. and who knows maybe it will be worth the wait
