I'm a guy looking to remove hair for my scrotum and shaft of my penis permanantly. Are there any safe DIY products out there that won't hurt me or my penis long term?

I wouldn't. Go see a pro about it, get an estimate and then save up your bucks. Or think better of it. Trimmed fur really is the best.
well i found something that worked for me~ http://www.nevershaveagain.com/ unless you get some patches it can take a while to do, but i found it very helpful, tho i only used it around my balls and the shaft, i tried it a few months ago and havent had any irritation or any problems.
If you really want to do this...try laser hair removal, it's not all that expensive. For a woman legs, arms, and bikini line is about $800. So what you are looking to do should be substantially less, remember, it's permanent so really think about it and how you may feel 20 year from now.

Never liked a hairy woman takes away the smooth feel of there skin I don’t only mean in the genital area and under the arms:p
That might attribute to the fact that I have hairy legs and arms and once I had a plug (medical term I think for killing all the nerves) in my arm once and the feeling my own hand felt like sand paper smooth shave woman yeas please

I dunno. being half polish i inherited all the hair i could get. LUCKILY it hasn't spread to my back or butt yet but I'm worried.
About FULL hair removal? I don't think so but I do like to trim. Pretty much every girl I've been with shaves their legs or moar and it only seems fair that I groom too.
Haven't had a complaint yet.
