Well, I don't vary quite that much... but there is some variation depending on how excited or aroused I am. For me, it's usually just 1/2 an inch to maybe an inch.

I've had the same experience when I was 14 ... I went on sort of a camp with all guys my age then. We had to shower all together and that was the first time I had seen boys my own age naked. I had till then never thought much of the fact that I hadn't developed yet.
