Ny husband and I recently bought a penis pump, and after reading the warnings on the box I got all paranoid, so what exactly IS the PROPER way to use one???

You don't. Talk to your MD, there are warnings for reasons.
Return it or place it in the trophy case as an ornament.

I have done a lot of research on them, and honestly, there is no benefit for having one, unless he is using it for his own sexual pleasure. If he is trying to "grow," it just doesn't work. If it is the sort that creates suction for pleasure, that is different, but still, I wouldn't want my bf using one, because they aren't the safest things for sexual pleasure.

Poor willie, I couldn't stick mine in a cold and empty tube.....just be happy with what you got. I'm not exactly Horse grade myself, but I think I do alright.
