Nothing should change after the first time of having sex. Unlike women nothing physically happens ie; bleeding. The foreskin, i do believe, becomes looser/grows as you get more sexually mature. But if you are experiencing discomfort i would suggest you go to a doctor as soon as to check everything is ok.
