I need some advice. I have an extremely small penis so I have to use a penis extension sleeve to have sex. I was wondering if that is a turn-off to women and how i should introduce it when having sex with a new partner. Please help me.

my erect size is about 4.5''-inches in length and about the same in circumference. the problem is it is not wide enough or long enough to provide much pleasure. Thats why I use an extension sleeve. another problem I have is I ejaculate way too soon...usually after about 10 thrusts or so. Any advice?
First, read the above link. Your penis is quite normal in size. "Normal" as stated is a range and much has to do with ethnicity and heritage. Much of the world's population is of Mongoloid stock and a large number of these men have shorter penises. I do not agree that your penis is of insufficient size, length, or girth, to affect pleasure. This is hogwash and probably much to do about the fragile male ego--yours.
As long as it functions and you know how to use it, you will be able to please women. The key to this statement is in learning how to be a kind, considerate, knowledgeable, skilled lover, first and foremost. Read the many articles listed in the Index to begin gaining your skills.

As a woman (and doctor) I have encountered them of all lengths and perfectly well enjoyed a man about your size. He, too, thought he was inadequate but that was far from the case.
I would rather deal with a real one, albeit shorter than some, than with a penis sleeve. You and a woman who each have a bit of creativity will do just fine as you are.
Even men who have microphallus' are able to become father's and you are well, well beyond that diagnosis.
