of course they make plenty of them out there, but the question is does any of them actually work?

I'll just add: Take a look at your penis now. Now imagine not even having that. Most of the enlargement techniques just don't work... but some can be down right dangerous. So if you want to start tampering, remember, there is always the chance of losing what you have now.

My suggestion is learn to use what you have well, and I doubt you'll have any complaints.

TheTease is right. There is no exercise or pill or magic device that will enlarge your penis. Nothing, nada, ziltch. Don't waste your money.

Instead learn to be a great and skillfull lover.

The second thing I'm going to say is I'm don't think there are any "exercises" you can do to make your penis larger.
There is no known medical way you can enlarge your penis either without surgery and who really wants to endure that? There are pills that claim to make you larger, but they only claim to. If you don't know anyone that has gotten bigger with them, don't believe it.
