I am 15 years old and have a 6 and a half inch long penis when I am erect and is about 2 inches in diameter. It has grown about 2 inches in the past year and am wondering that if it will grow anymore in width and/or length and what to expect later down the road.
Will I also ejaculate a lot more semen with the more it grows or will it stay the same amount as it is now?

Penis size and quantity of semen have no correlation.
What does change over the years is the force with which a man ejaculates and the number of times he can climax in a day/week. Most teens have a very forceful climax; however, this does not hold true for all of us. Some guys, regardless of age, are dribblers or oozers and never do fire off "cannon shots", so to speak.
The average amount of semen is one-two tablespoons-full. This will often be less with each successive climax a guy enjoys during the day. It can take up to 72 hours to completely rejuvenate force and volume and get back to normal once a guy has had as many climaxes as he is capable of that day.

The male penis begins developing anywhere between twelve and fourteen and stops developing during a boy's nineteenth year. To each our own. Comparisons with other boys during the teen age years is meaningless because we all begin developing at different times.
Size is based upon the above as well as heritage.

The quantity of ejaculate varies with age and it varies with the number of climaxes a person has in any twenty four hour period, as well as how long a person waits between any two orgasms.
