I have some basic questions about penetration. During intercourse is the penis supposed to go all the way in to the vagina? i.e. if it is 6 inches long are the whole six inches supposed to be "swallowed" by the vagina, or does the area at the base remain outside of the vagina? Also, once inside, is it more of a thrusting in and out motion, or more of a side to side/ going around in circles motion. Thanks!
yeah, sex is generally whatever movement feels best for both persons involved. Thrusting is the most common way i've ever done it. and as for how far in the penis goes, it doesn't really matter. with sex there is no way it is supposed to be.
Penetration is the when the penis enters the vagina, regardless of how much of it goes in. So if just the tip goes in, the girl has been penetrated. Typically, if you're having sex, most to all of the penis will be inside(almost always all, but I'm making exception for girls during the first time, too painful, penis too big,etc.). To answer your second question, both work and feel good. Just do whatever feels good for you and your partner, can't go wrong with that.
