When I'm just about to orgasm I get a really strong feeling to pee then I pee but my boyfriend doesn't know because I wipe it off really fast and I know it is pee he just thinks that I'm very wet. Is this normal or should I go to the doctors?

If your boyfriend and you are really close just be honest with him and tell him and he might just tell you to let it all go and have no worries. A strong pee like that when you are close can actually lead to a big time orgasm for you
Or you could try going to the bathroom prior to starting any sexual activity. It usually turns out for the best if you start out with an empty bladder.

I highly doubt it's urine it may be fluid from female ejaculation. If you are not experiencing urinary "dripping" at other times; such as when you cough or sneeze I would venture to say it's not urine. Read some of the posts on here about female "squirting".

Try going to the bathroom beforehand.
It is not uncommon for a woman new to sex to get this sensation of having to pee. It is usually a false signal and should just be ignored. Just push through it and an orgasm will be on the other side.
If it is urine, then, asked and answered.
I rather doubt it is an ejaculation since you have yet to climax.
Just remember what your mother used to tell you about using the bathroom before you leave the house. It's the same concept- "always use the bathroom before you leave your pants." LOL
I read that when a female cums, that it comes OUT of the urethra like urine does, and it's not white either! It's a yellowish, and it feels like pee but it isn't, so maybe it isn't pee... And it smells like urine to may I add... It might not be pee... It's most likely cum

Well...from what I've read, when you have that urge to pee, you should try your best to continue through that feeling if you can stand it...generally that means the right spot has been hit and you will probably cum. Not just any way though, you will probably ejaculate as some women are able to do. I'm pretty sure that it is not pee that is coming out.
I sometimes feel like i need to pee when aroused so i usually go to the loo beforehand or stop then go to the loo and come back, it relieves the pressure i think.
