PC muscles

Hey all, this is my first post and sorry that I'm looking for help but I'm gona try contribute with any tips too when I can.

I started seeing a new guy and the last time we were together and doing it doggie style I was trying to tease him and clenched my PC muscles and he absolutely loved it! It was a total accident but now I wanna try this when I'm on top. So, I was wondering has anyone got advice about when is best to clench in this muscles: like is it better towards the end, or throughout the whole thing, like doing it in rhythm or something?

You could also try "rippling" your muscles. Gripping with the lower ones first and then tightening upwards - think of it as "dragging him in". This also works wonders!

Yes, every woman can learn to use them. It needs training like for any muscle.

I reckon any girl can get to know how to use them, like on my own I can work any level of them (say low, medium, and higher up) and it feels really natural.. but definitely using them with a guy is different..obviously.

I'm seeing him again tomorrow night (he's been away for the past week) and I'm gonna try this when I'm on top. But sorry, still something I'm wonderin about. The rippling effect you're talking about, I was going to try that when I'm going down first of all, as in taking or 'dragging' him in like you described..is that what you meant?
But should I do this at the VERY start or save it for when I'm nearly coming and want to get him to come with me??

I'm actually looking for a more coherent explanation that switches on the lightbulb. I forwarded EvilEvilKitten's post to my wife, we'll experiment and report back.

Can you add any more to EvilEvilKitten's description? You say "more work"... how so?

Few women are aware that they can control those muscles beyond the simple squeezing. Like any psycho-motor skill, it requires training and there are precious few "vaginal trainers" available! The Joy of Sex sheds some light on this and is worth a read for both of you.

It is not automatic and will not happen for a while; it takes practice.

You should also try just "grabbing" the tip of his pecker. It's very enjoyable but requires a lot of self control and focus so you don't just suck him in. It's like polishing his knob and only his knob.

Try "grabbing" the tip 4 to 6 times then go all the way down to his shaft and clench hard and hold it there for a few seconds and repeat. You will have him calling for Jesus and he'll be discombobulated.

You should also try using your weight on the tip as well it's an extreme feeling for both of you.

Fascinating! I will pick up the book sometime in the next few days.
