Yeah so today when I was going to the bathroom, after I finished peeing, I got a really bad cramp in my prostate muscle. This has happened to me a few times in the past 4 months. Is this normal. I mean it started happening to me ever since i started my g/f.

Yes i have been exercising my kegels, and i had been fooling around a lot. I cooled it a little on both, and i havent had a problem in a while.
