No, and you should probably stop doing what you are doing until you learn a heck of a lot more about it.
Unless he physically sucked the semen out of your mouth and then spit it into your vagina, then the chances are very low.
This paranoia is not conducive to good sex - knowledge will give you a better understanding of sex and its risks.
