Good for you and enjoy it. Most woman won't go without panties (commando). I sometimes will just throw on a pair of jeans without underware and enjoy it, otherwise I will wear underware most of the time. My wife only goes without during sex. I would like her to go out without them when we go on dates. Just knowing she is bare under her dress or pants would turn me on.
Panties with pants & jeans due to irritation and I find it uncomfortable. In general: skirts/dresses/suits no panties; no great need for them. Lingerie at bedtime; no panties because they are uncomfortable and needs time to air out.
Probably the most boring reason to go commando: I stop wearing underwear in the summer because it's one less layer. Unless I'm wearing a skirt that cuts above the knee.
I sleep bare mainly because it is a good thing to air it out a bit. Nothing to do with sex.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. Depends upon what I'm doing or am going to be doing. Always sleep naked.
