20-40 minutes is good but its not totally unusual.... there are some guys on here who last for over and hour. Its not always a good thing... referred to as retarded ejaculation.
Also, 9 times in 4 months isn't really that much especially since the last 4 times were this past week. If it hurts her to have sex... maybe you should allow some recooperation time inbetween... not months but like a week.
I spotted for a month too after I started taking pills. It takes a month or so for the body to get on a regular cycle, so dont freak out :P
Remember that you dont always have to have intercourse to please eachother. At least have lots of foreplay beforehand and be sure to try lots of different positions to see if any are less painful than others.

No, tease has some good points. Lube is definitely essential. Can she work you to the point where you're ready to come and then finish inside her in a short amount of time?
First, are you using any sort of lube? If not, I suggest that. Preferably Astroglide. Worked wonders for me.
Second, are you just going in for the plung or are you stretching her first with your fingers or something like a small vibrator?
Third, if sex is hurting her that bad, go see a gyno.
