i am 23 years old, have been dating this girl for about 4 years.
about a year ago i had pains in my stomach area and it felt like i had to pee all the time. but nothing would really come out. so i went to the doctor (just my reg physician) and he tested me for std's and they all came back negative. so he gave me some meds and said whatever it is this will kill it. so i took it for the 8 days i was suppost to.
after those 8 days i started to feel a slight pain/burning/stinging at the tip of my penis. so i went back and told the same doc and he tested me again for std's. negative. so he gave me some more meds and said this should work.
after taking those meds it still was hurting. it would hurt sometimes after i went pee/during peeing, after masturbating, just sitting around doing nothing, after sex. so basically it was an annoying pain/stinging/burning. but it would hurt all the time sometimes it wouldnt hurt at all.
so i went back again and told him that the meds he gave me didnt do anything. so he told me to see an urologist. so i went to see one. he tested me for std's again and everything was negative. so he gave me some meds told me it was prob some irritation and sent me on my way. but it still hurts. i thought it would just go away but it hasnt and its starting to really annoy me now. i plan on going back to the doc. wondering if there was anything u guys could help me with. or some things i could bring up to him when i go to see him. i really want this to go away. thanks

I would think the urologist is your best bet. If no you are not satisfied, see another one or see an ER doc. Did the doc's call it a non-std urethritis? Or a Urinary Tract Infection?
What do you have to do? Hold the doctor accountable for giving you a full & informed answer to your understanding. If they are not, you as a patient must demand this.
ok but there is nothing that u think it could be. is it a thing im gonna have to deal with or can it be fixed?
If you are experiencing painful urination or have a low grade fever, also, then the likelihood is a UTI.
When urinating, if you place pressure on the urethra while holding the penis you can sometimes experience a twinge of pain caused by the flow irritating the urethra. This goes away in a day all by itself unless you repeat the scenario. This situation can happen when you have a partial to full erection and then go to the bathroom while attempting to aim correctly and are bucking the angle of erection.
I would see your urologist and get checked out for a UTI. Regardless, drink lots and lots of water. People frequently do not drink nearly enough liquids during the day and this is evidenced by the fact that your urine is colored.
I'll go out on a limb and suggest a tack to take with the urologist when next you see him. Sometimes that whichisintended to cure can cause the exact symptoms you are trying to expunge. I have seen this with antibiotics.
Discuss thsi possibility with the doctor.
ok but there is nothing that u think it could be. is it a thing im gonna have to deal with or can it be fixed?
Go back to the doc. See if you have an unresolved UTI; the symptoms doc suggested & in a stickey I wrote under UTI's. Urethritis? May have not been treated properly? Prostatitis? Who knows since it's not as if we have your medical info. Plain old yeast infections? Which can be cured and result from antibiotics [plus a whole host of additional medical issues]. Or is it inflammation not related to any anything? And a anti-inflammatory may help?
Point being; YOU have to advocate for the doc to give you answers. I can not answer them since I have not sen you or know your real symptoms objectively & subjectively. March yourself back to the Urologist...and pin-point him/her down for a resolution.
Brandye...what is a "tack to take"??? Foreign word to me!
thank you for all ur help. i am going to pick out the things u have told me and write them down so i dont forget, and bring them with me when i go and see him. thanks again
also i forgot..not sure if it helps out at all or not...but if i have diarrhea or if i eat some spicy food and my butt like burns alittle from the hotness and stuff...the tip hurts then 2
Get checked for yeast.
my guess would be the clap
