Hello i just wanted to know if its ever happened to anyone else but when i go down on my girlfriend i get these really painful cramps in my jaw and when i finger her exact same thing but its in my forarms and even if i swiths hands the pain just comes back and faster. I dont go to the gym but im a cabinet maker and i work with my hands all the time so for sure its not because my muscles are weak. Anyways just want to know if its ever happened to anyone here and if yes how did you deal with it ??

Chris, this seems to me to be all about using muscles in new ways and ways that they are not accustomed to (yet).
Think back to the era when you were first learning to masturbate, no doubt your arm and wrist were sore from all the stroking. This probably went on for several days until you built up the muscles and got them used to the new repetitive action. This is the same thing. Your jaw is not used to the position you are using, etc. This has nothing to do with how good a shape you are in or working out or not.
Give this some time and all should be OK. In the meantime try shifting around, and using your arms/hand/fingers differently, giving your jaw a rest by putting your mouth in a different position or degree of openness, etc.
