When me and my fiance have sex I hurt her sometimes; once we start fucking really hard, if i move the position of my penis I guess i poke something and she gets a strong pain that instantly halts anything going on, she said it feels like I'm poking her ovaries or something. She has told exactly what is going on. Depending upon the matching of the sexual parts of the people involved, rough sex can result in the penis poking an ovary. This is the exact equivalent of a man being kicked in the testicles and, right, it will stop all activity. This is a sharp, intense pain that usually does not last long but ends all sexual desire.
An alternative, though much less painful, is poking the cervix very hard. This, too, can hurt and turn off the desire. It is more common than hitting an overy but is enough to cause a long pause in the action.
Either situation is bad news for the session in progress. No position is good for all couples. The two of you need to relax, back off a bit and discuss what is good and what is not working and then determine what positions are best for you. Should make for some enjoyable practice!.
