This is somewhat hard for me to put into words. Those of you who know me or have read my post, im a troubled person. Anyway, this up coming friday will mark my 28 year on this rock we all call earth, and like all but one, I find myself alone. Im starting to belive I am just to much of a trusting person, beliving that people want to try and treat others with respect, HA! sorry, venting there, moving on..
God, this feels like a AA meeting, Hello my name is... and I am a... HA! Ok, mores to the point... As a man, one has those needs.. and well, trying to find a relationship is not happaning.. that or the dating pool in my part of Virginia just flat out SUCKS... so, the last time those needs were meet was, months ago.. damit, I am lossing my train of thinking, what I am trying to find out.. or get ideas to find out.. how is the best way to try and find a fwb? Now, what I mean is, not your one night fling or shit like that, im just sink of not having anyone I can hang out with, talk to, keep company and just enjoy those times we all need to enjoy with. any ideas? Oh, sorry for a few chose of words..just tryping what comes to mind..

Whether casually dating others or finding a FWB only, the process is much the same. The topic of dating and how to has had much discussion on the Board and I am a firm believer that "networking" is the way to proceed. This involves family, friends, and, coworkers, informing them that you are interested in dating. Enlist their help in searching for a woman interested in dating. The more eyes and ears you have working on your behalf the greater your chance for success.
Next, date more than one person, and, sometimes more than one at a time if the opportunity presents itself. Dating should be casual and without commitment in the beginning. Please read the article on dating listed in the Index found at the top of the main screen.
Next, involve yourself in social activities, sporting activities if you like participating, and church. Volunteer your time for some charity activity or public service. Choose those in which women also participate.
Check the personal ads for local and nearby newspapers. If you live in a large city or are close to one, check to see if they have an "underground newspaper" or a periodical geared to singles. Many cities have a Singles newspaper.
Your situation is not unique. A person can be alone living in a city, a town, or on a farm. If s/he wants to date you have to get out there, be seen, socialize, and have others working on your behalf.
