Too Hard?

Once I was having very good sex and my girlfriend kept asking me to go harder and faster so I delivered on my promise and gave her what she wanted and I swear that I've never done it that hard before. Afterwards I discover that she had started to bleed (not gushing blood but leaking for a while ). We knew it couldnt have been her time of the month because she doesnt have irregular periods, she literally just bled coz I fucked her too hard. Anyone else out there thats done the same?
