I don't mean to assume, but I'm fairly certain the op was asking about A2M, which is a popular practice in the adult entertainment industry. A2M, is essentially the act of putting an object (anal beads, a penis, etc.) into one's mouth after removing said object from their own (or their partner's) ass. In porn, the term only really applies if the object isn't cleaned off prior to being put in the mouth.
I would imagine that ass-to-mouth is rather unsanitary, and I would just leave it to the pornstars. Not everything seen in porn should be imitated.

Bear in mind that in the anus there are bacteria and nasties that are fine in there, in fact they are quite necessary. Outside the anus, it is a different ball game. Hygiene, Hygiene Hygiene if you must do it . Your choice.

you just really have to remember it's her ass pretty much going into her mouth. would you in effect eat your own faecal matter, i think if the answer is no then it is fair to think that it isn't fair to implicate that onto your partner?

I am sorry if you feel offended by what has been said, but I am sure folks are trying to be helpful. My apologies if I have contributed to your being hurt. I was merely trying to warn people that there are quite severe risks with anal sex, but these will be lessened (not eliminated maybe) by really good hygiene.
