Small bump

Hey I noticed on the dead center top of my penis, near the base i have a little bump, only one. On the outside of the bump its a bit red and the center is like whitish pink. Im not sexually active but its on my penis so I figured I post it here. It's not like a pimple or anything since I cant pop it its just likes swollen skin or something. Its very small its only like 1/8th of an inch round. Im not sure what it is but I was thinking maybe some sort of insect bite. Anyway imput is appreciated , thanks.

Do a Google search of "Sebaceous Prominence" and see if the description fits with what you have.

nah I dont believe so, I think I might of just gotten a bug bite since the description doesn't seam to fit what I have its not like a pimple or anything its just like a bump you get from a mosquito bite it doesn't hurt or itch or anything though just looks a little red and swollen. But the search also came up with something called like forcyes spots or something like that which I think I have on my balls.
