I stop when I'm near an orgasm ! WHY !

I have a great healthy sex life with my husband, and I always get 'close' more so during oral sex when he's down below. But as much as I try to relax, or tense, or try and see my way through it, I stop him, and by then sometimes I've had enough and don't want sex as uch as I did at first, but of course get back into it during sex. Have I had the orgasm ? lol, I feel stupid having to ask this.
The same thing happens if I use my vibrator, I have to stop.

once or twice using the vibrator I've managed to carry on, but it just looks like I've wet myself - and feels like it - I think It was urine. So I'm petrified if I carry on, I'll wee on my husband and I DON'T want to be doing that lol.

when I've stop him during oral because I can't take it no more, most of the time I'm tingily all over, my skin becomes sensitive, so I guess it's correct to say it's an orgasm, but there's no 'flow' if you know what I mean.

No one can really tell. Smell the discharge. If it smells like urine, it is; if it has no identifiable smell, you are squirting from the Skene's Glands (periurethral glands) which are the female analogies of the prostate in men. Some of us squirt and some do not. If you are a squirter, orgasm lies right in front of you.
