Feeling comfortable is the hardest thing to overcome. The few times I have been to a nude beach it was is always hard to just take it all off. But once I did go nude, it was really nice. With everyone else nude it is much easier to go ahead and take it off. The last time I went, it was much easier and I didn't even think much about it. There were some early twenty year old girls that came and they had a hard time and ended up only going topless. This was fine and no-one really cared. It was just funny watching how nervous they were and finally by the time they took some pictures of themselves topless and left, they acted more comfortable. They were the youngest persons on the beach and definately had bodies not to be ashamed of compared with the rest of the people. It just isn't having the body to do it, but the comfort level and enjoyment of being naked.
I started wearing a thong at the motel pool the other day. Of course from the front it just looked like a speedo. But it was hot and time to get in the pool so I just had to go ahead and get up and jump in the pool. There was only one other couple at the pool so that made it easier. The second day I was at the pool there were more people there, but it was much easier. I had to change places at the pool due to the moving shade and went over by another older lady and just laid out close to her lounge. Well, she then rolled over on her stomach and took her top all the way off. She also rolled up her bottom to sun more of her ass. So with me not trying to hide things, it made it more comfortable for her to go ahead and get more sun. Then another lady from her group came over and joined us in sunning ourselves. Then another person came and sat down in the same area and a third person not too much long after that. They were European so that may make it easier for them to accept something like this. It did seem to make them more relaxed. I'm no hard body person so it sure wasn't a sexual thing. I even undid the clasps on the front to get rid of the side strap lines. I would only do this with adults around and would wear a different suit with more of a back if there were children. The comfort thing is for the person wishing to wear less and makes it easier for others at times also.
