Cock rings to prolong erection.

Hi, I've been toying with the idea of prolonging sex through using cock rings to maintain a much longer erection. I mentioned this to my Fiancee who expressed concern regarding constriction of bloodflow. Are there any health issues when using a cock ring?

Those are medically indicated in very few situations and should be used on the recommendation of a urologist. In the emergency room of a large city hospital, I have removed a few.
