First of all the doctor really could care less about your erection. She does that hundreds of times a day and sees that quite often. I assure you it was no big deal to her.

"getting a finger in the ass" is not part of a physical. The doctor is going to feel around your testicles, turn cough, pee in a cup. Pretty much it. Get used to it. If you play sports your going to have to go in for one once a year.

Relax. I recommend to mothers that they take their sons to one of the male doctors. That said, your situation is very common. I even had one young man ejaculate into my hand and he was mortified.
