I know people say that masturbation is healthy, but is there a point where it can be harmful or a point later in life where everything quits working earlier because of masturbation? I jack off on average once a day, is that frequency going to come back and bite me later? How often do y'all masturbate? Girls and guys alike.

There's really no such thing as too much masturbation. And believe me once a day is nowhere near an excessive amounts. When I first discovered the art of masterbation I would do it an average of 4-6 times a day and I ended up fine. The only time when masturbation becomes a problem is when it gets in the way of daily activities. For example if you skip work to stay home and whack it for hours then you have a problem. It sounds to me like you are nowhere even close to having that problem so don't worry. You're perfectly normal and no it will not come to back to bite you in the ass later in life.

Masturbation is great practice for sex. If you want to have a stronger orgasm and if you want cum to explode pretty high, there is a way you can do it, you just need to know what to do and how to control yourself.

IMO once per day is pretty infrequent for some people. I know some guys for whom 3 times per day is a slow day.

I don't understand your question bkwrmz7....but if you're asking if its too much for you fiance to wish she was the one doing it while you're doing it...then I'd say no.

I myself don't know how much my bf jacks off a day...well sometimes he tells me so later that night we want have phone sex, although he has done it twice in one day before. Now though we've gotten into the rhytem of having phone sex like 2 days before we met (its a LDR) that way he want do it (hopefully) over the next few days so that when we meet...wow.

I myeslf have wondered before about the harmful effects of masturbation for guys. I know its a silly question, but can a guy get low sperm count later in life due to a lot of masturbation?

Mastrubation for men supposedly reduces the risk of prostate cancer. I would be more worried about guys who *don't* mastrubate.
