I'll echo Brandye's interrogatory... Why ON EARTH would you possibly want to have a child at 17 years of age??
And just out of curiosity... Do you have things like... a job? insurance? your own home (NOT your parents' home)? How about experience in dealing with a baby and possible complications? Please, remember, this isn't just about the two of you... if you have a child, you inflict whatever choices you've made on him/her, too... and the baby didn't have any choice in the matter.

if you really think you're ready for a baby then go for it. but mayb u should try looking after a friends baby for a couple of days first. the sleepless nights and constant screaming when u dont know whats wrong can be really tough on any first parents not just young ones. beleive me i have been there!! but good luck to you and please ask 4 n e advice if u ever feel u need it (better to ask than to stress urself out worrying)
