Is it possible you have an STD?
is it hot where you are? maybe you have a heat rash? Try lotion? could be dry skin? If it's possible to have an STD, I would get it checked out now, while you still have symptoms. Some have symptoms that come and go and that makes it hard for doc to diagnose when the symptoms are now showing.

no it can't be an std because i don't have a possible way of contracting it..and i haven't had sex..i'm thinking the dryness on my penis could be dry skin..but on my scrotum it feels like smooth..

What signs of an std does it not show? A doctor is going to want to see it when it's visable. That way they see what it is. Going in as soon as you see or feel something is always the best.

Please go get an STD test. Trust me I know the feeling, but you need to do it! It could be fungal like mine so it may not be an STD. Still go get it checked out! Never assume 'one person' is just having sex with you. You can never fully trust anyone especially a lover.

If you have any doubts or concerns, get it checked out, if only for your peace of mind.
Back in January I noticed a red mark on my penis which stung a bit when I touched it a few days after having sex (with a condom I might add). I didn't really think it was an std, but got it checked anyway. The results were negative. It turned out to be a minor skin abrasion. (She had long fingernails, and must have accidentally scraped off a bit of skin.) Cleared up within a couple of weeks.
