Yes, indeed, a roll of pubic fat or an increasing waistline will obscure the length of a penis. It isn't that it got smaller, it is only that it appears so.

Yes, as men age into their senior years, the size of their endowment shrinks only because they no longer are able to have unaided erections, so the penis remains pretty much flaccid; although, having said that, Viagra, et al, does help a penis return to most if not all of its former glory--or so I've been told.

my friend popped one of those in class and had a boner for 8 hours, he had to go to the hospital and everything. Not a good idea champ

Why would it make you longer?? Its not a growing enhancement. Its for men who aren't able to get or sustain erections...usually older men.
Like above mentioned, it can be dangerous if you dont need it. Either by giving you an erection for waaaay to long of a time, or even heart problems.
Having an erection for too long can be a painful experience I would imagine.

Not only that, a prolonged erection that goes on for several hours can cause "equipment damage".

Worse than the discomfort of a prolonged erection is the pain from the needle that deflates the penis!!!! I took a friend to the doctor when he experienced a bad reaction to the prescribed medication. He screemed bloody murder and I could here him way out in the waiting room!

The three ED drugs should never be taken without first being evaluated by a doctor and then having a prescription written. Never just borrow a pill out of curiosity. You might very well live to regret the decision, especially if your equipment works as it should. Never make internet purchases from foreign vendors because you just never know what chemicals might be in the package. Just because the medication may be made by a foreign partner of the original drug company, you can never know for sure what is actually in the package after being passed through many different hands in the distribution chain. Reputable medication can be purchased from foreign vendors and at less expensive prices; it's just the distribution that raises questions about purity.
