Nope. After about age nineteen, it is what it is when erect. Of course it can change from there to small and anywhere in between, although there are no potions, pills, pumps, creams, or moods that will make one any larger.

I understand the psychological aspect of having a sense of fullness that women report as important, yet with no nerves inside the vagina, I am wondering where this feeling comes from.

I do not understand what you mean by this. Good sex has more to do with being a knowledgeable, skilled, caring, compassionate, lover than in the size of a penis. Keep in mind that much of the world's male population have penises that are between 4-5" because of ethnicity.
