Mercy, every size penis can shoot a girl/woman to the stars. Are you aware that a woman can stimulate you to a point that your penis swells to a size you have never seen before. When you compare do you want an average or a mean for an answer?

Regardless, you have to consider how much of the world's population base is comprised of men of mongoloid stock. I do not know if orientals and the indigenous male populations in many countries comprise the majority or not, however, just for the sake of argument, let's say they do. This being the case, and they being on the low side of what is "normal" then at 5+" either measurement you choose is not going to tip the scale that much.
