What is "it"?
* Are you asking how hard it is for a woman to reach and enjoy a climax form a guy fingering her clitoris?

* Are you asking how hard it is for a man to reach and enjoy a climax without touching below the belt?

You can test the second scenario yourself. If you do not fondle your penis in some manner, there is every likelihood that while what you do do will be enjoyable, you won't build your arousal level sufficient to achieve a climax.

As for clitoral stimulation, much depends upon mood, inside/outside distractions, time of the month, how well "trained" her partner is at stimulating his partner in the manner and way she needs.

Very few women are able to reach orgasm without clitoral stimulation in one way or another. That, of course, is below the belt. First learn that you do not make a woman reach orgasm. She may allow you to help.

Orgasms from thinking of sex is very well possible. Tantric Buddhist moncs were taught to do so by an experienced woman. This was a true training; going from physical teaching to translating it to mental power. And as far as my knowledge; it is done today, but this type of Buddhism is more isolated than it used to be.

Now, some of these moncs are able to do a lot of things (even controlling bodytempetature) so that's not your every day thing ;) Yet: it proofs that it is possible. And it's not illogical, since orgasms are triggered in the mind.

I myself can orgasm from just about anything, but I haven't experienced full orgasm from mere thought. I do have experienced trembles all over my body and pc-muscles by going back to a memory of my most erotic lovemaking. I have these same trembles while actually making love; I call them pre-orgasms or little-ones ;) There's a small release of energy, very pleasing, yet not as powerful as my big o's :o

And if I'm correct; the basics of the philosophy in Buddhism is that one could achieve becoming "one" with the (life)energy that surrounds us. In tantrics, this is thought to be possible in one lifetime. The same harmony between yin/yang that keeps our world in balance, can be found inside oneself. In a certain way you could say spirituality is gained through the physical. Being in complete harmony with yourself, creates bodycontrol. Now you know where George Lucas got his inspiration ;)

Spirituality through sex is part of it. In tantrics the uterus is believed to be the place where yin/yang are perfectly balanced. The worshiping of the yoni in my opinion somewhat relates to old goddess-religions in which it is believed that the uterus holds a direct connection to the universe (since life is conceived there) and the female genitals therefor being a gate to the divine. Men connect to that divine harmony when having sex with a woman. From this perspective you do not only exchange bodily fluids, but also energy.

Tantrics is sometimes diminished to sexual techniques and should be handled more respectfully.
