You are getting there. Perhaps you would be more comfortable doing the first one alone with your fingers or whatever. Once you have one, you know what you are looking for. The fact is that during orgasm we ARE out of control.

The shaking is normal, although like the curling of toes, not every woman or man will do these things.
Try stimulating the clitoris indirectly when you reach this point by involving the labia only, or, folding them over the clitoris and rubbing through them, and/or, rubbing the shaft.
