just generally explore...if ur a girl...stimulate using fingers on the clit and/or in vagina...i don't kno much about the way guys masturbate, but you could try diff pressures and find out which is preferred...there r loads of tips on the general site so have a look as the tips can be used on urself not just with a partner!
orgasms r difficult to define. most ppl don't experience a screaming orgasm as such, but it's all about finding what suits you - however strange it may be!
